Maddy Gray

Maddy is the practice manager at Berth. She has had experience in medical administration for over 15 years around Geelong and the Surf Coast, having grown up in Ocean Grove.

Maddy is dedicated to creating a welcoming and cohesive environment for women and their families and for the Berth team. She has a busy role overseeing the day-to-day operations of Berth including, managing the team, attending to administrative tasks in a timely fashion and working closely with other health professionals involved in a woman’s care.

Maddy and her husband have embraced the journey of parenthood, having welcomed their first child and now expecting their second. Her own experiences have given her a deep understanding of the incredible – and at times overwhelming – changes that pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood can bring. Maddy brings warmth, empathy, and a friendly, knowing smile to everyone who walks through the doors at Berth.
