Maddy Gray

Maddy is the practice manager at Berth. She has had experience in medical administration for over 15 years around Geelong and the Surf Coast, having grown up in Ocean Grove.

Maddy is dedicated to creating a welcoming and cohesive environment for women and their families and for the Berth team. She has a busy role overseeing the day-to-day operations of Berth including, managing the team, attending to administrative tasks in a timely fashion and working closely with other health professionals involved in a woman’s care.

Maddy and her husband have recently welcomed their first child to their family, bringing a whole new understanding of pregnancy and birth. She understands what it means to navigate the unimaginable but wonderful shift pregnancy, birth and a new baby brings and will always offer a friendly knowing smile when you arrive at Berth.
